Tears & Bullets: 1971 is a first-person shooter game for PC, which is currently in the early stages of development. The game is based on the 1971 Liberation War of Bangladesh, and one of the main parts of the game will be the story mode, where the players take part in epic battles as (fictional) freedom fighters.
What is supposed to set the game apart from other similar games is primarily the unique story based on true events (this is after all a war like no other war in the history) and some special game modes and game mechanics.
Our aim is to make one of the greatest games of all time with this epic historical event which is second to none. The story of the liberation war is such a story of courage, love and freedom, that the global gaming community deserves to know.

About The Liberation War of Bangladesh
The Liberation War of Bangladesh is like no other war in the history. This is a war where people from all walks of life, such as students, farmers, engineers, labors all without any combat knowledge (along with the heavily out-gunned and outnumbered military of the country) stood up against the perpetrator Pakistani military forces who invaded our lands and were carrying out mass-genocide on the civilians throughout the whole country. The Bengali people of the country were civilians with no idea about war, and the occupation forces were highly trained and heavily armed. Yet we achieved victory at the end; after millions of deaths, tortures, and refugees. Though we Bengali people lacked ammunition and training, what we did not lack was courage (to fight for what is right) and love (for our people, and our homeland).
